All of the Team Members here at Onelife are driven by a passion for Health and Fitness, along with the need to educate as many people within our Local Community as we possibly can about exercise and nutrition. Here at Onelife, we pride ourselves in being able to provide the highest quality of services for all of our Individual and Group Fitness members. All of our Personal Trainers hold a Certificate III and IV in personal training and current First Aid and CPR Qualifications as a minimum requirement.

Tracy
Personal Trainer and Business Owner
As a dedicated sports person, Tracy banks on her wealth of knowledge and experience as an elite sports person, Mother, Business owner, and mentor. She believes that everyone can reach their goals and personally assists you to achieve them. Her training style is diverse and absolutely up-to-date. Tracy is also a ‘Group RIDE’, ‘R30’, ‘Group POWER’, ‘Group ACTIVE’,’Group CORE’, and ‘Les Mills GRIT series’ Instructor.

Personal Trainer
Richard has been a qualified personal trainer for over 10 years. He is also a professional tennis coach and has spent most of his life training and competing with sport. Richard is a former National winning athlete and brings a wealth of experience to his clients. Richard specialises in sports specific training, periodised training, and has several years 1st hand knowledge of nutrition, psychological, technical and tactical aspects for performance. If you are after help to start or improve a healthier lifestyle or if you have more specific athletic needs, Richard will be happy to help.
Lina
Personal Trainer
Lina is a familiar face here at Onelife gym, she has worked as a group fitness instructor for many years. She has now become a personal trainer and is ready to help you with your own goals. Lina instructs Power, Groove, Sprint, R30 and Hyperfit.
Skye
Personal Trainer
Skye is a Professional boxer with years of experience personal training and running group training. Her sessions will take your fitness to new levels, incorporating functional training, HIIT sessions, cardio, strength and conditioning as well as sport specific training for multiple disciplines. She also Teaches our Spartan Fit, Boxfit and Boxing Classes.
Anthony
Personal Trainer
Anthony Has a strong understanding of weight training and body sculpting, and has recently qualified as a professional body builder.
